By accessing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service
ClaimFighters USA provides professional appeal letter writing services for individuals whose health insurance claims have been denied. Our service includes:
- A free initial consultation via WhatsApp to review your denial
- One (1) custom-written health insurance appeal letter for $19
- One (1) free revision of your appeal letter if requested
- Delivery of your completed letter within 24–48 hours of payment
- Guidance on how and where to submit your appeal

Payment Terms
Our standard service fee is $19 (USD) per appeal letter. Payment is due before we begin writing your letter.
- We accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and other payment methods as agreed via WhatsApp
- Payment confirms your order and we begin work within a few hours
- Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change with advance notice
- Additional appeal letters (e.g., for a second denial level) are charged separately
Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before delivery: Full refund if we are unable to complete your letter
- After delivery: We offer one free revision. If you are still unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a review
- No refund is offered based on the outcome of your appeal (i.e., if your insurance still denies after submission)
- No refund if you provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the letter quality

Your Responsibilities
To receive the best service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your denial
- Share your denial letter, EOB (Explanation of Benefits), or relevant documents when requested
- Respond to our follow-up questions in a timely manner
- Submit your appeal letter to your insurer yourself — we do not submit on your behalf
- Verify all deadlines with your insurance company independently
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the appeal letter we write for you is yours to use freely. You may submit it to your insurer, share it with your doctor or attorney, and use it in any way related to your appeal.
However, you may not resell, redistribute, or use our letters as templates for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Confidentiality
We understand you are sharing sensitive personal, medical, and financial information with us. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality.
- We will never share your information with third parties for commercial purposes
- All communication between us is private and confidential
- We do not publish, showcase, or reference client cases without explicit written permission
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimFighters USA shall not be liable for:
- The outcome of your insurance appeal, whether approved or denied
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our service
- Missed appeal deadlines due to delays in your providing us with information
- Actions taken or not taken by your insurance company
- Any medical decisions made based on your appeal outcome
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your appeal letter.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our service to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information to your insurer
- Create appeals for claims you know to be illegitimate
- Resell or commercially distribute appeal letters we write for you
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration under applicable US law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
